Job Summary
Lead clinical operations and provider oversight at the site, ensuring quality care for the entire patient panel while managing staffing, coverage, and workflow. Schedule and facilitate monthly provider meetings, conduct quarterly individual reviews, and provide coaching or disciplinary action as needed. Serve as the laboratory medical director, participate in recruitment, and collaborate with the practice manager on operational and personnel issues. Maintain regular attendance, attend required committee meetings, and complete annual leadership training.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed independent practitioner with training as a physician, or advanced practice provider
- Minimum of two years clinical experience with progressively developed leadership skills
- Excellent interpersonal communication and problem-solving skills
- Must be able to interact with a variety of individuals at various levels under stressful circumstances while exercising sound judgement, tact, and diplomacy
- Must be able to work productively both independently and in a team setting
- Must be able to communicate with clarity, both verbally and in writing to groups and individuals
- Must be able to provide proof of legal right to work in this country
- Must be able to complete all required essential functions and assigned job tasks onsite as directed during your regularly assigned schedule or your assigned site(s) normal business hours
