Job Summary
Clinical Medical Assistant role; provides patient care via direct and telephone contacts, assists physician with clinical procedures, coordinates with care team to ensure seamless care delivery, requires high school diploma or equivalent and at least one year of clinical experience or completion of an accredited medical assistant program, certification and CPR/BLS preferred, duties include assisting with exam-related tasks, autoclave use, patient transfers, and computer entry; typical hours M-F 8:30 am - 5:30 pm; located in White Plains, NY.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least one year of clinical experience in a medical office / clinic or hospital setting, or graduate of an accredited medical assistant program.
- Current CPR / BLS certification (preferred)
- Current certification as a medical assistant or eligible for certification (preferred)
- Possession of or eligibility for CMA certification (preferred)
