Job Summary
Clinical Market Account Coordinator provides support to the Sales Account Manager, focusing on accelerating referrals to patient chair time and improving referral management.Responsibilities include collaborating with MDOs and internal teams to streamline referral processes, optimizing communication strategies to manage outreach, spending time in the field with the Sales Account Manager to understand market dynamics, reviewing referral documents for insurance and administration criteria, ensuring labs are up to date in patient charts, and assisting with welcome calls to patients within 48 hours of referral. Requires strong relationship-building, teamwork, and proficiency with MS Office; schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM in Charleston, SC service area.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Associate degree
- Active RN, LPN, or CNS license in the state(s) of practice
- 2 years of experience in sales, account management, or customer service in the healthcare industry
- Proficient at MS Outlook, Word, Excel
