Clinical Manager, Wound Care, Clinical Support Services and Transfer Center

Clinical Manager role overseeing Wound Care Services, Discharge Lounge, Transfer Center, Staffing Office, and the Center for Wound Care with 24-hour responsibility. Leads clinical nursing practice, staff development, budgeting and resource management, regulatory compliance, and interdisciplinary collaboration. Serves on the Hospital Throughput and Clinical Support Service Directors management team; promotes high-quality patient care; develops educational programs on medication safety, pain management, advanced care planning, and specialty certifications; collaborates with the Clinical Nurse Specialist, Organizational Development, Department Director, and other Clinical Managers to validate staff clinical competency and drive special projects in patient care services.
