Job Summary
Clinical Manager for JJMT EP US Commercial team in Western and Northern Virginia; field-based role responsible for the successful development of EP Clinical Account Specialists, onboarding, training, and performance management. Partners with the Regional Business Director and the RTS/TMs to align clinical and commercial objectives, drives hiring and development strategies, oversees training effectiveness, and builds a robust talent pipeline for the CAS role. Requires a Bachelor’s degree and experience in EP mapping procedures, clinical training/education, and capability to travel ~60% across hospitals/EP labs to support patient outcomes and commercial execution.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 5+ years of EP mapping procedures required with clinical and commercial talent
- 2+ years clinical training or clinical education experience
- Travel approximately 60% within assigned region
