Job Summary
Clinical Manager for JJMT EP in Western & Northern Virginia leading EP Clinical Account Specialists (CAS) development, onboarding, training, and aligning clinical and commercial objectives. Drives talent development, pipeline-building, and clinical readiness across the region, partnering with Regional Business Director, RTS, Territory Managers, and EP CAS Field Trainer to ensure effective CAS performance and regional success in electrophysiology tools and treatments. Requires a 4-year degree and strong leadership capabilities, with travel approximately 60% within the assigned region; hospital/EP lab environments and live patient cases involved.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required (4-year degree)
- Proven ability to manage and develop clinical talent within a high-performance team environment
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence stakeholders
