Job Summary
Clinical Manager leads clinical supervision and program development for community-based and intensive mental health services serving children, youth, and families. Responsible for providing clinical leadership, coaching and supervision to direct and indirect reports, overseeing development, implementation and ongoing evaluation of individualized service and treatment plans, and leading continuous quality improvement initiatives. Collaborates with community partners, participates in internal committees and networks, and represents the organization in inter-agency collaborations. Requires master’s degree in social work or related field, strong leadership in a unionized environment, interdisciplinary team experience, and proficiency in program planning, development, implementation, and evaluation. 35-hour work week, in London, Ontario, with in-person work and on-call rotation after 6 months. Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in social work or a related field
- Preferred 5 years of experience providing clinical supervision within children’s mental health services
- Member in good standing with a regulated professional college recognized by the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO, OCSWSSW, CNO, COTO, CPBAO, CPSO)
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Demonstrated leadership experience in a unionized environment, including implementation of human resource policies and practices
- Proven ability to lead, coach, and support high-performing interdisciplinary teams while serving as a clinical resource and mentor
- Experience in team leadership, change management, and quality improvement initiatives
- Strong knowledge of program planning, development, implementation, and evaluation
- French-English proficiency or other languages is an asset
- A valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle
- Specialized training in a variety of treatment modalities that are consistent and integrated within Vanier’s Service Delivery Framework
