Job Summary
The Clinical Manager, Treatment Initiation at ACES is responsible for conducting evidence-based ABA assessments and initial intake meetings for clients seeking ABA services. Key responsibilities include transitioning clients to their treatment team, monitoring their service utilization, and preparing comprehensive ABA assessment reports. Ideal candidates must hold a Master's Degree related to behavioral analysis, possess BCBA certification, and have a minimum of 5 years' experience with clients with ASD. Proficiency in MS Office and strong organizational and communication skills are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum Master’s Degree in Applied Behavioral Analysis psychology, education, social work or other related field; and BCBA certification or clinical license
- 5+ years’ experience working with clients with ASD or other special needs
- Valid driver’s license and/or access to reliable transportation
- Background check, tuberculosis test, LiveScan fingerprint and any other funding source required clearance
- Comfortable working in home, community, school, clinic, and military base environments
- Comfortable working in group settings and leading small groups of staff and clients
- Strong desire to support and develop skills and abilities of staff
Desired Qualifications
- 5+ years training and/or education related to ASD
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite, word processing, spreadsheets, e-mail, database software, project management software
- Highly organized
- Professional, positive attitude
- Excellent communication skills
