Job Summary
Conduct initial in-person or telehealth clinical intake meetings and set long-term treatment objectives for clients. Provide timely, accurate assessments using evidence-based ABA techniques across clinics, homes, communities, and schools. Transition clients to their treatment teams, monitor utilization of recommended hours during the first authorization period, and prepare final assessment reports using approved templates. Review treatment overviews with families, stay informed on assessment tools through ongoing trainings, and analyze quarterly outcome data to collaborate on clinical strategy. Assist the Clinical Director with challenging cases and support staff development. Requires a Master's degree, BCBA certification, and 3+ years of clinical supervision experience.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to work independently with only general supervision
- Minimum Master's Degree in Applied Behavioral Analysis psychology, education, social work or other related field
- BCBA certification or clinical license
- 3+ years of clinical supervision experience as a BCBA
- Valid driver's license and/or access to reliable transportation
- Background check, tuberculosis test, LiveScan fingerprint and any other funding source required clearance
- Comfortable working in home, community, school, clinic, and military base environments
- Comfortable working in group settings and leading small groups of staff and clients
- Strong desire to support and develop skills and abilities of staff
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite, word processing, spreadsheets, e-mail, database software, project management software
- Highly organized
- Professional, positive attitude
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to exert up to 10 pounds of force and lift/move up to 25 pounds
- Direct work with clients may include, without limitation, the following physical demands: sitting, kneeling, squatting, running, twisting and turning, reaching above shoulders and/or frequent physical transitions
Desired Qualifications
- 5+ years preferred of clinical supervision experience as a BCBA
- 5+ years' experience working with clients with ASD or other special needs
- 5+ years training and/or education related to ASD
