Clinical Manager - Tappahannock & Fredericksburg Clinics - Days

Job Summary

Manage clinical activities across multiple clinics in the Tappahannock region and the Adult side of the new Lee's Hill site, overseeing staffing plans, RN selection, mentorship, and corrective disciplinary actions. Direct the acquisition of human, material, and financial resources to ensure cost-effective utilization while evaluating patient care delivery and implementing continuous improvement initiatives. Collaborate with medical directors to develop strategic plans, monitor customer service satisfaction, and ensure compliance with external licensing and regulatory agencies. Provide direct patient care as needed and facilitate evidence-based practice projects to enhance the VCUHS strategic plan.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing from an accredited program
  • Current RN licensure in Virginia or eligible compact state
  • Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience
  • At least two years as an RN
  • 2 years clinical supervisor or other clinical leadership experience
  • Management experience in an Ambulatory Environment
