Job Summary
Clinical Manager oversees regional neurophysiologic intraoperative monitoring teams, coordinating technologists and team leads, implementing clinical and operational policies and protocols, managing schedules, reviewing KPIs, resolving issues to improve regional performance, and developing accounts and opportunities through collaboration with sales and marketing to maintain high levels of customer service.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Biological Sciences or a similar discipline
- Certified Neurophysiologic Intraoperative Monitoring (CNIM) is required
- 2 or more years’ experience as an IOM clinician
- Clinical management experience preferred
