Clinical Manager, RN - Robbinsdale - FT - Days

Clinical Care Leader (CCL) is responsible for utilizing the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, outcomes/planning, implementation and evaluation) to provide individualized nursing care in the home setting. Collaborates with inter-professional colleagues to plan, implement and evaluate care; documents resident history, symptoms, medications and care provided in compliance with applicable standards/regulations; uses technology to enhance quality resident care; supervises unlicensed personnel; assumes overall nursing accountability for a resident assignment; participates in department/organizational tasks forces and committees; demonstrates competency within the full scope of nursing practice and adheres to age/population-specific standards; communicates effectively with peers, residents and families; maintains required competencies and certifications; may require valid driver’s license depending on location; BLS required; RAI experience preferred. Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (strongly preferred) and an unencumbered RN license in the state of practice; two years of clinical experience preferred.
