Job Summary
Lead the clinical nursing and EMT teams by recruiting, hiring, and managing onboarding while delivering ongoing training, education, and coaching. Oversee staff schedules, foster a respectful culture, and ensure compliance with hospital policies and regulatory requirements. Coordinate quality assurance initiatives, manage performance evaluations, and support patient satisfaction through site-specific metrics and customer service management. Assist with community outreach and participate in applicable committees. Perform light housekeeping duties as needed to maintain a clean environment. Report quarterly on site-specific performance metrics and collaborate with Intuitive Health and hospital leadership to drive operational excellence.
Required Qualifications
- 5 years of nursing experience
- leadership knowledge
- Degree in nursing
- Strong, clear, and precise verbal and written communication skills
- Strong relationship management skills
- Ability to work collaboratively across multiple organizations
- Highly motivated individual with demonstrated initiative, independence, and curiosity
- Self-driven, with an ability to work well under pressure and respond to shifting priorities
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in nursing
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in management or charge nurse experience within the emergency department
- Unrestricted registered nursing license
- Current ACLS certification
- Current PALS or ENPC certification
