Clinical Manager, RN

The Clinical Manager leads the nursing and EMT teams to ensure care aligns with hospital policies and protocols, drives patient-centered care, and supports operational excellence. Responsibilities include recruitment, onboarding and training of clinical staff, scheduling, performance evaluations, and fostering a culture of teamwork and quality. Partners with Hospital leadership and Intuitive Health operations to coordinate quality assurance, regulatory compliance, and patient experience initiatives, while maintaining a clean, safe, and collaborative clinical environment.
