Job Summary
Clinical Manager RN responsible for overseeing daily operations, activities, and patient care staff within a Home Health setting in Clearwater, FL. Role includes marketing duties and public relations, consulting with healthcare facilities regarding staffing needs, evaluating programs and field personnel, and collaborating with the DON/Administrator and Executive Director on strategic goals and budgets. On-call one week per month; typical schedule is Monday–Friday 8:30AM–5PM.
Required Qualifications
- Registered Nurse in the State of Florida-Required Upon Hire
- 2 Years Home Health Experience
- 1 Year of Supervisory Experience
- Must Have OASIS Experience
- Must Have Current CPR Certification
