Job Summary
Oversee daily operations, activities, and patient care staff for a Home Health program in Port Charlotte. Lead supervisory team, perform marketing and public relations duties, plan with healthcare facilities regarding staffing, evaluate program services and field personnel, and collaborate with the DON/Administrator and Executive Director on strategic goals and budget. Ensure compliance as a Florida-licensed RN with OASIS requirements and maintain CPR certification; role includes Monday–Friday responsibilities with a weekly on-call rotation.
Required Qualifications
- Registered Nurse in the State of Florida-Required Upon Hire
- 2 Years Home Health Experience
- 1 Year of Supervisory Experience
- Must Have OASIS Experience
- Must Have Current CPR Certification
