Job Summary
Collaborate with case manager lead, ABA clinic manager, CFO, and CEO to draft, manage, and implement chronic and principal care management plans. Assist with staff scheduling, hiring, quality assurance, and drug prior authorizations while making referrals to external partners including PCP offices, DFCS, schools, and therapy providers. Communicate effectively with parents of diverse backgrounds to support families navigating autism spectrum disorder, complex ADHD, anxiety disorders, ARFID, and Tourette's. Work Monday through Friday in a clinic setting as a nurse manager.
Required Qualifications
- Active nursing license
- Clean criminal background check
- Able to communicate well with parents having a variety of backgrounds, abilities, and communication styles
- Excellent organizational, time management, problem-solving, and customer service skills
- Management interest
- Interest in pediatric mental and behavioral health
- Active Nursing License (RN preferred)
- Management (preferred)
- Behavioral Health - (preferred)
- Case management experience (preferred)
