Clinical Manager, Respiratory Therapy and Pulmonary Services_

Oversee 24-hour management of the Respiratory Care and Pulmonary Function Testing departments; provide direct clinical care as a respiratory therapist; lead department personnel, interviewing, scheduling, supervising and evaluating staff; assist with budgeting and quality improvement initiatives; coordinate orientation and ongoing education; ensure adherence to policies, procedures, and regulatory standards; collaborate with the healthcare team to deliver high-quality respiratory care and specialized therapies, including arterial blood gas analysis, spirometry, bronchoscopy support, and complex ventilatory management; participate in committees and ongoing professional development.
