Clinical Manager Registered Nurse

Oversee all home health patient care within the designated region, including assessments, staff supervision, and care coordination. Direct clinical activities by leading, managing, and holding clinical staff accountable for compliance, quality, and timely care delivery. Schedule and conduct weekly IDT meetings and routine leadership meetings aligned with CMS and PDGM guidelines. Develop processes, policies, and procedures for patient care services while assisting in preparing and administering the agency budget. Monitor census trends to adjust staffing, revenue, and expenses accordingly. Ensure adherence to company policies, employee handbook, and regulatory standards, including local, state, and federal home health regulations. Participate in hiring, evaluating, and terminating personnel; oversee onboarding, in-service training, and continuing education programs. Conduct quarterly check-ins and annual performance reviews. Maintain accurate patient documentation, reporting, and clinical supplies. Support QAPI initiatives and stay current on changes in home health and nursing practices.
