Clinical Manager, Quality Assurance

The Clinical Manager, Quality Assurance oversees ongoing evaluation of client treatment progression through in-person observation, data review, and communication with staff, delivering feedback to ensure alignment with treatment plans. Responsibilities include maintaining a caseload, guiding clinical cases with supervision, coordinating with the Program Manager on cohort progress and payer communications, providing input on outcome data trends, participating in advanced clinical consultation, communicating clinical concerns with parents, delivering parent training workshops, and attending IEP meetings as needed. The role supports delivering care in in-center, in-home, or via telehealth, and involves collaboration across a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality ABA services for individuals with ASD across multiple locations. Requires a Master’s degree (ABAb-related) with BCBA certification or clinical license, and 3+ years (5+ years preferred) of supervisory experience; strong organizational, communication, and MS Office skills; willingness to travel within appropriate settings and maintain flexibility to support client outcomes.
