Job Summary
We are seeking a Clinical Manager for our pediatric therapy practice in Maui. The role requires certification as a Physical or Occupational Therapist, with a focus on leadership in an outpatient pediatric setting, ensuring high-quality care, compliance, and staff development.
Required Qualifications
- Certified Physical Therapist (PT) or Occupational Therapist (OT)
- 2+ years of clinical leadership experience in pediatric therapy
- Pediatric therapy experience in outpatient setting (5 years minimum)
- Active PT/OT license in the United States
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience
