Job Summary
Clinical Manager responsible for supervising staff across Ambulatory Infusion Centers, ensuring infusion services are appropriate, safe, and in line with accreditation, regulatory and nursing standards. Scheduling is Monday–Friday 8:00 AM–5:00 PM with Saturdays as needed; serves Birmingham, Montgomery, and Tuscaloosa areas. Demonstrates leadership, coordinates direct patient care, provides HR-related documentation, conducts annual performance appraisals, supports staff orientation and continuing education, and maintains effective interdepartmental communication to uphold Palmetto Infusion’s patient-centered experience.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalient.
- Active Registered Nurse or Advance Practice Registered Nurse license in the state(s) of practice.
- Demonstrated leadership skills and a minimum of two years of management experience.
- Previous infusion experience.
- BLS or obtain upon hire.
- Proficient at partner programs (MS Outlook, Word, Excel).
