Job Summary
Clinical Manager overseeing back-office center operations, supervising clinical staff (LPNs, Care Promoters, Medical Assistants, Pharmacy Techs), ensuring quality standards, OSHA/compliance adherence, staff onboarding and training, collaboration with PCPs, managing patient flow and VIP service delivery, and contributing to performance targets (SSP metrics, wait times, staff engagement/turnover). Requires ability to travel locally/regionally up to 10%, strong leadership, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and clinical systems.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required
- BA/BS in Business or Healthcare Administration or related field preferred
- Active and good standing Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in current state of employment OR nationally accredited Certified Medical Assistant
- 5 years progressive work experience in a medical clinic/hospital/regulated healthcare environment
- 2 years management experience with direct reports
- IV Therapy certification for LPNs where required by State Board of Nursing
- BLS certification within first 90 days of employment
- Experience with geriatrics preferred
- EMR system experience a plus
