Job Summary
Lead back-office center operations and clinical staff supervision to ensure VIP patient service delivery in a rapidly expanding primary care setting. Oversees clinical operations, staffing, onboarding, quality and OSHA standards; collaborates with PCPs to manage care team performance; drives patient flow, wait times reduction, and engagement metrics. Manages equipment and supply inventories, ensures medications are dispensed in accordance with training, and coordinates training with Market Clinical Manager. Requires travel up to 10% locally/nationwide. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills with a compassionate, patient-centered approach; proficient in Microsoft Office and EMR systems; bilingual abilities a plus (Spanish/Creole). This role requires a BA/BS preferred, LPN or CMA licensure, and 5 years of clinical operations experience along with 2 years of people-management experience.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required
- BA/BS degree in Business or Healthcare Administration or a healthcare related field preferred
- Active and good standing Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in current state of employment OR a nationally accredited Certified Medical Assistant
- IV Therapy certification where required by State Board of Nursing
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross required within first 90 days
- Minimum of 5 years progressive work experience in a medical clinic, hospital or similarly regulated healthcare environment
- Minimum of 2 years management experience with direct reports
