Job Summary
Interim Clinical Manager, OPS/Endo leading the 24-hour delivery of the department's operations for a 250-bed hospital in California. Responsibilities include leading, controlling, planning, organizing and evaluating timely, effective and efficient delivery of department operations; overseeing OPS (Pre-op/PAT/Phase 2) and Endo; requires periop and peri-anesthesia background with Endo knowledge preferred; minimum 3 years of clinical nursing experience including 1 year in management/supervisory/leadership; CA RN license; certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS; EMR: Epic; schedule: 5 8's and 4 10's with some flexibility; travel expenses/housing provided during assignment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Perioperative nursing experience
- Peri-anesthesia experience (ASPAN aligned)
- Endo knowledge preferred
- Minimum of three (3) years of clinical nursing experience, including one (1) year of management/supervisory/leadership
- CA RN license
- BLS
- ACLS
- PALS
- Epic EMR
