Job Summary
Oversee daily reports for staff attendance and timeliness of patient care, monitor scheduling to ensure staffing needs are met, and track inventory status while ensuring timely supply requests. Assist with new hire training across the 30, 60, and 90-day periods and serve as the primary point of contact for clinical staff regarding questions, concerns, and scheduling requests including PTO and sick time. Work closely with department managers to ensure clinics run smoothly and oversee productivity reports. Report virtually from the corporate headquarters in Northbrook, IL, to support 15+ clinics nationwide.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- 3+ years experience overseeing proper staffing and scheduling while managing multiple medical or dental office's
- 1+ year of management experience
- Experience managing clinics in multiple states
- Strong computer skills and experience with Microsoft 365 and Excel
- Knowledge of medical office patient flow and scheduling
- Customer service and strong communication skills
