Clinical Manager - Memory Care

Manage the daily operations of the Wellness Center, complete resident assessments and ongoing reassessments, and develop individualized care plans. Coordinate admissions, oversee medication management and incident reporting, and partner with the Memory Care Program Manager to ensure exceptional resident care. Coach caregivers on dementia best practices, foster relationships with residents and families, and maintain compliance with state regulations and clinical standards. Participate in leadership meetings to support quality outcomes while upholding high standards for programming and the resident experience.
