Job Summary
Provide direct clinical supervision to maintain appropriate clinical standards with 24-hour accountability. Participate in the development and management of the budget. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN), 5+ years of staff nurse experience, and 1+ year of demonstrated leadership skills as a resource/charge RN. Licensed as a Registered Nurse in Virginia with national specialty certification within two years of hire. Must hold BLS Certification (AHA approved) prior to orientation completion. Schedule includes first shift with a pay range of $50.50 - $75.34.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN)
- 5+ years of staff nurse experience
- progressive clinical management skills
- 1+ years of demonstrated leadership skills by functioning as a resource/charge RN
- Licensed as a Registered Nurse in Virginia
- National Certification by specialty organization
- BLS Certification (Basic Life Support) - American Heart 'Healthcare Provider' (HCP) - AHA approved
