Clinical Manager, Med/Surg (RN) | Night Shift

The Med/Surg Night Shift Clinical Manager is responsible for supporting the Nurse Director in the safe and effective provision of care for the Medical/Surgical unit. Maintain both management and clinical nurse roles in the department. Serve as director in director’s absence. Required skills include leadership, organization, fiscal stewardship, knowledge of critical care practices, and the ability to mentor, coach and develop others while acting as a role model. Requires two years of shift leader/charge nurse experience in the med/surg area (five years preferred). Education: BSN. This is a full-time role based on the description of shift coverage and responsibilities.
