Job Summary
The Clinical Manager supervises counseling staff, provides leadership for the clinical team and provides counseling and services to patients. This role leads the counseling service model and strategy, coordinates with community resources, monitors service delivery quality, recruits and trains staff, oversees case files and reporting, facilitates group activities, ensures compliance with HIPAA and Joint Commission, develops clinical budgets and training protocols, and acts as a liaison to internal departments and the broader Eating Disorder Professionals network. Location is WA-Seattle Nordstrom with on-site responsibilities.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate degree in mental health or related field (required)
- Active LCSW, LPC, LMHC or similar licensure in state where assigned (required)
- 5+ years of working with mood, anxiety, eating disorders and/or trauma related disorders (required)
- An understanding of clinical treatment of mood, anxiety, eating disorders and/or trauma related disorders (required)
- If working at an eating disorder location, must have 5+ years of experience working specifically with eating disorders as well as an understanding of the clinical treatment of such disorders (required)
