Job Summary
Conduct scheduled and unscheduled clinical staffings and consultations for assigned teams during on-call shifts to provide guidance in accordance with CBI Clinical Policy, state regulations, and ethical standards. Deliver required clinical trainings during New Employee orientation and throughout the year, collaborating with the Clinical Director to develop programs that improve staff competencies and service delivery. Review Behavioral Health and Risk Assessments, provide feedback to staff, and sign off on documents while ensuring clinical programming addresses patient needs within contractual and federal requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in field related to behavioral health
- Licensed at the associate level with The Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners as a Social worker, Counselor, Marriage and Family Therapist, or Substance Abuse Counselor
- Licensure at the Associate or Independent level with The Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners as Psychologist, Social worker, Counselor, Marriage and Family Therapist or Substance Abuse Counselor
- Fingerprint clearance card
- Current AZ Driving License
- Clear 39-month motor vehicle record
Desired Qualifications
- 1-3 years of full-time Behavioral Health Care related work experience where his or her prior experience would provide adequate exposure to both behavioral and medical crisis situations
