Job Summary
Manage tactical execution of clinical objectives, coordinate staffing models, and lead coaching for direct reports to ensure continuity of care and patient safety. Oversee facility operations including home therapies, water system integrity, and inventory, while driving quality standards through regulatory compliance and adverse event resolution. Direct patient care from admission to discharge, facilitate interdisciplinary team meetings, and act as liaison for disease management and transplant services. Supervise licensed personnel, handle hiring and disciplinary actions, and participate in corporate surveys and physician governance. Requires full-time on-call coverage and ability to travel between facilities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- Advanced Degree
- Equivalent combination of education and experience
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing (RN)
- Current appropriate state licensure
- 6 – 8 years' related experience
- Equivalent combination of education and experience (alternative to years)
- 3+ years' supervisory or project/program management experience
- Minimum of 12 months experience in clinical nursing
- Experience in med/surg or ICU/CCU
- Minimum of 6 months chronic or acute dialysis nursing experience
- Must be available as a full-time employee
- Must provide on-call coverage when necessary
- Must complete Clinical Manager training modules
- Must complete ongoing developmental programs within the specified time line
- Must pass the Ishihara's Color Blindness test
- Must be willing to travel between assigned facilities
- Must be willing to travel to regional, Business Unit and Corporate meetings
- Must be willing to be exposed to infectious and contagious diseases/materials
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs (implied by physical demands context)
