Job Summary
Lead, direct, and support a team of Nurses and Medical Professionals in a fast-paced home health agency. Develop, maintain, and implement nursing policies and procedures while ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. Monitor/audit staff practices and process improvement implementation for quality assurance, and evaluate the company's nurse program to ensure optimal patient clinical outcomes. Work as a team to uphold the company's mission, vision, and core values while championing employee and patient safety. Requires an active Colorado RN license, 3+ years of supervisor experience, and familiarity with Medicare/Oasis systems. Full-time onsite role Monday through Friday.
Required Qualifications
- Active Colorado Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Minimum of 3 years of supervisor/manager experience in Home Health
- Minimum of 3 years of experience with Medicare and Oasis
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or health related field
- Prior experience with computers and medical software, eMAR
- Understanding of and demonstrated success in achieving and maintaining Medicare/Medicaid standards
- Excellent organization skills with the ability to multi-task effectively
- Home Health Care Management: 3 years
- RN: 2 years
- RN License
