Job Summary
Conduct quarterly quality improvement meetings, review data to identify trends, and oversee implementation of improvement plans. Collaborate with the Branch Director on quality activities and corrective actions, while managing oversight of external and internal surveys and audits. Complete documentation and chart reviews to identify variances in standardized care, hold case conferences to ensure service coordination, and facilitate performance improvement action plans. Communicate job expectations and coach staff, ensuring fair and timely evaluations in accordance with company procedures.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in good standing and currently licensed in the state of practice and in the state of residence
- Current CPR certification
- Ability to use company documentation systems
- Ability to communicate (verbally and written) with all levels of personnel, internal and external to the company
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Capable of working responsibly with highly confidential information
- Must meet all agency requirements for pre-employment as required by the company and/or State regulations
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree preferred in Nursing from an accredited school of nursing
- Less than two years of clinical experience, and at least one year in a related management/supervisory role in home health care
