Clinical Manager Home Health

As a Clinical Manager, you will manage all direct care patient services provided by clinical personnel, develop and analyze clinical operations at the location, and oversee caregiver assignments and patient admissions. Responsibilities include conducting patient assessments, guiding clinicians, ensuring compliance with documentation standards, and participating in performance improvement initiatives. You will also supervise clinical staff, handle employee training and evaluations, and participate in marketing efforts. Candidates must be licensed as a Registered Nurse with management experience in home care or hospice settings.
