CLINICAL MANAGER

Manage day-to-day operations of the Wound Medicine Clinic by supervising staff, scheduling, monitoring productivity, and controlling overtime to ensure timely patient care. Perform nursing procedures, administer prescribed medications, and execute wound care dressing changes including advanced techniques like TCC and compression wraps. Facilitate communication to resolve patient issues, prepare equipment adhering to sterile technique, and assist physicians with specialized procedures and patient education. Document progress notes, perform photo documentation of wounds, and complete daily paperwork in the electronic medical record. Attend interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss treatment plans and patient progress.
