Job Summary
Oversee nursing care and deliver direct supervision of clinical staff within Hancock Surgery Group, ensuring compliance with regulations, quality assurance, and EMR documentation. Collaborate with the Director of Clinical Management and HR/business office to align nursing goals with practice operations; evaluate staff performance regularly; manage medication and vaccine logistics; monitor patient flow and staffing to ensure physician coverage; drive quality improvement initiatives and staff development; maintain confidentiality and high standards of patient care while coordinating with operations for budget and productivity insights.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science Nursing (BSN) required
- Current RN licensure in Indiana (or eligible)
- BLS certification
- Minimum seven years of professional nursing experience including at least four years in a supervisory role within a medical practice setting
- Knowledge of nursing practice principles and techniques, HR and quality-improvement principles, and healthcare regulations
