Job Summary
Guide staff through organ donation steps, manage call schedules for adequate staffing, and ensure team compliance with internal and external regulations. Interact with Medical Directors to implement policy changes, oversee recruitment, coaching, and training initiatives, and provide onsite hospital support for case activities. Act as a role model for core values while supporting employment initiatives. Requires Registered Nurse Credential, 5+ years OPO clinical experience, and 2+ years leadership experience. Valid Driver's License needed.
Required Qualifications
- Registered Nurse Credential
- 5+ years OPO clinical experience
- 2+ years leadership experience
- Valid Driver's License with ability to pass MVR underwriting requirements
- Must have their first dose of the COVID-19 vaccine by their potential start date or be able to supply proof of vaccination
