Job Summary
Provide visible clinical leadership to the Fusion Adult Outpatient Clinic team while maintaining an active caseload of 30 scheduled patient treatment hours weekly. Directly supervise Clinical Leads, conduct therapist check-ins, and offer coaching on clinical reasoning, treatment planning, and complex case management. Mentor therapists, review quality documentation trends, and collaborate with Patient Services to resolve operational barriers and improve patient access. Balance direct patient care with 10 protected administrative hours for leadership development and clinic sustainability initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited professional program in Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, or Speech-Language Pathology
- Current, active professional license in good standing to practice the applicable discipline in the State of Arkansas
- Meets all applicable state, federal, payer, credentialing, and professional requirements associated with the discipline
- Maintains all required continuing education and professional credentials
- Minimum of three years of clinical experience as a licensed Occupational Therapist, Physical Therapist, or Speech-Language Pathologist
- Demonstrated ability to independently manage a clinical caseload
- Previous leadership experience
- Must demonstrate prior experience providing direction, coaching, training, oversight, accountability, or professional development to others
- Strong clinical judgment

- Full-time, 40-hour-per-week, on-site availability
- Ability to maintain 30 scheduled patient treatment hours and 10 protected administrative and leadership hours under the standard schedule
- Regular and reliable attendance
- Ability to perform the essential physical requirements of the employee's licensed discipline, with or without reasonable accommodation
- Ability to use a computer and electronic systems for documentation, communication, reporting, and administrative responsibilities
- Ability to communicate effectively with patients, caregivers, staff, and leadership
