Job Summary
Manage clinic operations including costs, staffing, quality standards, and financials while coordinating patient care from admission through discharge. Provide leadership and coaching for direct reports, oversee the Home Therapies Program, and ensure compliance with all regulatory surveys and data collections. Facilitate physician privileges, manage staff hiring and scheduling, and maintain current knowledge of policies and procedures. Requires RN licensure, 6+ years healthcare business operations experience, and 12 months clinical nursing experience. Full-time role with potential travel to regional meetings. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing (RN)
- Current appropriate state licensure
- 6+ years business operations experience in a healthcare facility
- 12 months experience in clinical nursing
- 6 months chronic or acute dialysis nursing experience
- Successfully pass the Ishihara Color Blind Test
- Must be able to lift heavy objects, move patients, and assist with ambulation
- Must be available for travel between assigned facilities and various locations within the community
- Must be available for travel to regional, business unit, and corporate meetings
- Must agree to a drug-free workplace
Desired Qualifications
- 3+ years supervisory or project/program management experience
- Med/surg or ICU/CCU experience
