Job Summary
Clinical Manager for Hospice: Oversees supervision of hospice services, coordinates patient care and referrals, ensures adherence to Medicare/Medicaid and agency policies, develops and updates individualized plans of care, supervises nursing staff, assists in recruiting and personnel actions, coordinates the interdisciplinary team, supports QAPI programs, infection control, and on-call coverage; collaborates with physicians and administrators to ensure safe, therapeutically effective patient care.
