Job Summary

Lead daily operations for family housing and support programs, providing clinical supervision, coaching, and professional development to staff. Oversee program planning, implementation, and evaluation while ensuring compliance with organizational policies, licensing standards, and grant requirements. Manage recruitment, hiring, training, and performance activities to build a collaborative, trauma-responsive team culture. Maintain accurate documentation, monitor participant outcomes, and develop strong partnerships with community organizations and funders. Participate in an agency-wide on-call rotation. Represent Upper Valley Haven in community collaborations to advance stability and self-sufficiency for families experiencing homelessness.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Human Services, Psychology, Education, Public Health, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Experience in human services, housing, shelter, family services, or a related field
  • Experience supervising staff or leading teams

Desired Qualifications

  • Master's degree in a related field
  • Clinical licensure or progress toward licensure
  • Experience with homeless services, supportive housing, family services, or nonprofit program management
  • Experience with grant-funded programs and outcome reporting
