Lead operational and clinical management of the Geldrop veterinary hospital, directing a team of approximately 40 staff members within a 24/7 emergency and specialist care environment. Ensure efficient daily practice operations, oversee staff coaching and development, and maintain quality and safety standards by enforcing guidelines and work processes. Manage personnel policy, quality initiatives, and internal/external communications while collaborating across disciplines. Requires at least three years in a similar leadership role, an HBO/WO degree, and availability for 32 hours per week.
