Job Summary
Clinical Manager role at Cygnet St Williams (12-bed neuropsychiatric service) requiring leadership to coordinate clinical care, ensure high standards of practice, update legal documentation with colleagues, support staff through appraisals and development, stay current with statutory law and regulations, and work closely with the Hospital Manager to deliver exceptional, evidence-based neurorehabilitation in a forward-thinking, high-quality setting. 40 hours per week (8-4/9-5).
Required Qualifications
- An experienced RMN/RNLD with a valid pin number and at least five years’ nursing experience
- Experience as Clinical Manager or Ward Manager or senior nursing in acute, rehabilitation, mental health or forensic psychiatry settings
- Strong leadership and clinical skills; regulatory knowledge; stakeholder management
- Evidence of functioning in a supervisory role within a multi-disciplinary team
- Appropriate leadership and management qualifications
- Enhanced DBS check
