Job Summary
Clinical Manager will oversee day-to-day operations of the MI Choice Home and Community Based Medicaid Waiver program team, supervise staff to ensure compliance with agency policies and MDHHS contracts, and demonstrate fiscal responsibility in program management. The role emphasizes productivity, performance coaching, problem solving, and mentoring in collaboration with the Senior Clinical Manager, with duties including staff supervision, quality/compliance oversight, data review and reporting, performance improvement initiatives, staff development, and maintaining relationships with stakeholders. Requires Michigan RN or LMSW license and supervisory experience; strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills; and familiarity with managed care and community-based services. Hybrid work schedule in Farmington Hills, MI.
Required Qualifications
- State of Michigan Licensed RN or LMSW with 3-5 years of relevant and supervisory experience in a clinical setting
- LBSW with 5 to 8 years' experience would be considered with experience in Waiver/clinical setting
- RN or Social Work License
- Microsoft Office Products Intermediate to Advanced
