Job Summary
Clinical Manager – Outpatient overseeing all aspects of clinical programming, supervising therapists, counselors, and behavioral health technicians; ensure regulatory compliance (HIPAA, accreditation), develop and implement treatment programs aligned with addiction-recovery best practices, manage admissions/discharges, supervise staff development, and support interdisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality behavioral health services. Key duties include program oversight, staff supervision, quality improvement, compliance audits, patient-care coordination, and maintaining treatment schedules and group offerings.
Required Qualifications
- Full supervisory licensure (LPC-S, LPC-MHSP, NCC, ACS, LCSW) required upon hire.
- CPR certification required within 30 days of hire.
