Clinical Manager

Manage clinical operations across Dillon, Marion, and Bennettsville locations by supervising staff, ensuring quality assurance, and maintaining patient care standards. Communicate professionally with patients, answer inquiries, resolve complaints, and triage phone calls. Maintain clinic equipment, order supplies, review invoices, and ensure compliance with OSHA policies and CLIA permits. Prepare daily shift plans, approve time-off requests, monitor overtime, and mentor clinical leads. Assist with front desk duties and adjust test sequences to maintain smooth patient flow. Requires healthcare experience, management background preferred, and active driver's license.
