Job Summary
Supervise, train, and mentor Medical Assistants and clinical staff while overseeing onboarding, orientation, and ongoing performance development. Manage hiring processes, conduct annual performance evaluations, and monitor attendance, timecard adjustments, and PTO usage. Plan and coordinate daily workloads, providing clinical support as needed to optimize workflows and ensure high-quality, compliant patient care. Collaborate effectively with providers and administrative teams to maintain efficient clinical operations. This role supports Chesapeake Specialty Care's mission to deliver exceptional care through strong clinical leadership.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience working in a medical office or clinical setting
Desired Qualifications
- Associate or bachelor's degree in healthcare or related field
