Job Summary
Manage clinical operations and staff within the cardiovascular unit, applying critical thinking and decisive judgment in a high-stress environment. Oversee nursing teams with minimal supervision while ensuring adherence to mandatory credentials, including ACLS for procedural areas and specialized certifications for chemotherapy and fetal monitoring. Coordinate patient care across intensive care, endoscopy, and telehealth settings, maintaining quality standards and family-centered service delivery. This role supports the Memorial Healthcare System's mission of elevating well-being through exceptional, compassionate care.
Required Qualifications
- Two (2) years nursing experience in cardiovascular and/or intensive care
- Graduate of an accredited Registered/Professional Nursing program
- ONCC Chemotherapy and Biotherapy Provider Certificate
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
- PALS
- Certification in Fetal Monitoring through National Credential Center or through AWOHNN (Intermediate or Advanced)
