Requirements include a PT or OT degree with an active US license, 5+ years of pediatric outpatient therapy experience, previous supervisory experience, and eligibility to obtain Hawaii licensure; a hybrid work arrangement is available for candidates based in Hawaii. Live on Maui or willing to relocate within the U.S. to Maui.
Required Qualifications
- PT/OT Degree with active license in the United States
- Active license in Hawaii
- Pediatric Therapy Experience in outpatient setting (5 years minimum)
- Hybrid work is available for candidates based in Hawaii
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience
- Live on island or willing to relocate to Maui from within the U.S.
